I've put thousands of rounds through my Dan Wesson RZ10, after the initial break-in (about 30rds) and it has performed flawlessly. It's also extremely accurate.
Sig P220 SAO in 10mm was the most accurate pistol I ever owned, but it sent the spent cases into the next zip code. I reload, so that wasn't a feature...it was definitely a bug for me. It wasn't a weak recoil spring. I have it on good authority that they all did it. It just got traded off last month in a deal for a new 686 Mountain Gun. Now THAT has become my most accurate handgun. I still have a G20 with plenty of spare mags if I need some semiauto horsepower.
G20 for me is unbeatable. It’s not the fanciest gun out there, and yeah, the grip is a bit on the chunky side. But it packs 15+1 of fullpower 10mm, and is dead reliable. Plus, finding parts and holsters isn't an issue since it's everywhere.
I just ordered an XDm Elite, because I of how much I like my XDm 45 and my holsters for it should fit the new 10mm.
What is your purpose for it? I bought it for a WY Elk hunt on the edge of grizzly country. I'd never own a 10mm in a polymer frame if I planned for it to be one of my high volume guns. This is put a few mags down range a year and fight to my rifle if I ever need it.
