This is from December 26 2022 , I think . The rifle is one of my Remington m14's in 35 Remington shooting 200 grain Core Lokt bullets. it's the first deer I killed on my new (then) property in Alabama . My blind is about 200 feet from my coffee pot.

This is awesome! The 35 Rem is a classic choice and clearly got the job done right.

This is 2023 season I took this buck with my Dan Wesson RZ10 at 50yds with about 10 minutes of legal shooting time left. If he had shown up about 3 minutes later I don't think I would have been able to see those black sights. I'm still hanging in there at 71 yrs old.
