Depends on where you are. APWCogan in Newville, AL can do pretty much anything you want to have done. I've had several guns refinished/repaired and they pretty much know what they are doing. Here's a S&W 1931 K-22 Outdoorsman that was pretty corroded up when I got it. They made it look like this:
