Any Franchi Affinity 3 owners here?

I’ve been thinking of getting a Franchi Affinity 3 as a lightweight field gun. I really like how it feels and the price is pretty reasonable too. But I haven’t come across much long-term feedback on it. Has anyone out there been using one consistently for a few seasons? How’s it holding up? I’m curious about the finish, any wear on the action, and how reliable it is with a mix of loads.

From what I know, the finish on this thing holds up pretty well overall, but don’t expect it to be indestructible. If you’re tough on your gear, you might see some wear and tear. The action remains nice and tight, and once it’s broken in, it tends to cycle through most loads without a hitch. You might run into a few hiccups with lighter target loads at first, but that’s pretty common with inertia guns. If it feels good in your hands and the price tag is reasonable, I’d say go for it! It may not be the flashiest option out there, but it’s solid and built to last for the money.

I think that’s a great decision. It’s lightweight and totally reliable, making it perfect to carry around all day. If it feels good when you hold it, just go for it. You won’t be babying it, and it’ll keep up season after season.
