Any good shows lately?

Just wrapped up the last series we were binge-watching and now we're on the hunt for something new. I'm really craving a story with good character development—something that pulls you in and makes you feel invested, you know? Doesn't have to be the latest hit, just something that's worth our time. I'm open to any genre, whether it's drama, comedy, or even a good thriller. A bonus if it's easily available on one of the popular streaming platforms. Any suggestions?
