I pulled out one of my favorite old-school guns which is a 1895 Winchester chambered in .30 Army. It’s got a peep sight, and is still super accurate.

There's something cool about seeing those classic rifles still doing their thing. The .30 Army, or .30-40 Krag, is such a timeless round. And when you throw on a peep sight, it’s no wonder it’s still spot on. It's pretty special to fire a piece of history that works just like it did over a hundred years ago. This is definitely a gem worth keeping and enjoying.

Bought me a Savage 99 chambered in 300 Savage made in 1949. Love those classic rifles.
