A knife is only as effective as its edge. What techniques, tools, or angles do you use to ensure yours stays razor-sharp?

Got a tri-way set of Arkansas stones to get it as far as Stones will take you. Usually finish on a ceramic rod.

Spyderco Sharpmaker followed by a few strokes on a strop.... that would be the rough back of an old leather belt held in a vice with some polishing compound rubbed into it.
